Fund Strategy
The Fund expects to hold investments for three to six years targeting a 18% Net IRR and returns of at least 2x CoC. The Fund will be an eight-year fund with two 12-month extension periods and the investment period will be five years from the Final Close. Cibus Fund II will be a global fund with 90% of capital being invested in EU and OECD countries and 10% can be invested in 16 OECD countries, as set out in the Cibus Fund II LPA.
