To provide income and capital growth of your investment over the long term by investing in a diversified portfolio of international property securities managers, and to achieve a total return after fees in excess of the UBS Global Real Estate Investors Ex-Australia Index ($A) Hedged TR over a rolling 5 year period.
Fund Strategy
The trust generally gains its investment exposure to the international property securities markets by investing in a diversified portfolio of property securities managers. The trust's investments provide exposure to international listed or soon to be listed property securities within the UBS Global Real Estate Investors Ex-Australia Index ($A) Hedged TR. The trust aims to be fully invested at all times with cash exposure not exceeding 5% for any length of time.
