Question

Is there a lock in period for investing like a term deposit?

Answer

No, there is no lock in period. Clients can open an account one week and close it the next if they need. We do recommend taking a long term view with the portfolios but understand if investors circumstances change. Keep in mind there are brokerage costs every time we transact so it is not in your best interest to come and go regularly.
