Adding International Equities to my existing portfolio

Hello, I have an InvestSMART growth Portfolio that I am happy with and would like to increase my exposure to international equities. Is the best way to do this to open an international equities portfolio with $10k and pay the capped fee or is there some other way? - Submitted by Ian
