Fund Objective
The fund is to achieve returns that exceed the inflation rate (change in the CPI) by 3% per annum (after tax), on a rolling five year basis. This objective is expected to be achieved around 65% of the time. To achieve this, the Property Option will invest mainly in listed Australian and international property. It aims to limit the likelihood of applying negative annual returns to one in every three years (i.e. approx. 6.7 times in 20 years).
