To provide a secure rate of investment through exposure to quality first registered mortgages and investment in deposits, money market, fixed interest securities and debt like hybrid securities.
Fund Strategy
Perpetual manages the Fund through gaining exposure to quality first registered mortgages, generally with three year terms, held over freehold and leasehold lands and buildings in Australian capital cities and major regional centres. Perpetual's asset managers apply certain mortgage selection criteria to manage mortgage risk. Investment guideline: Perpetual intends to maintain a min cash level for 20% of the net asset value of the Fund.
