Fund Objective
The Cash & Mortgages Option aims to provide Investors with a reasonably stable and predictable income based on a monthly variable rate of return, investing in loans secured by mortgages, cash, term deposits, bonds issued by a state or federal government or an Australian financial institution, negotiable certificates of deposit and bank bills, retaining higher cash than other Options in the Fund.
