The Fund's investment objective is to provide investors with consistent income (paid monthly) and some capital growth by primarily investing in a diversified portfolio of AREITs and UPTs.
Fund Strategy
The Fund primarily invests in AREITs. The Fund may also invest in cash and fixed interest investments, UPTs and debt securities. The Fund does not invest in direct property. The RE continually reviews and, if appropriate, reweights the Fund's investments within its asset allocation parameters with the objective of optimising the Fund's distributable income and delivering lower risk than the S&P/ASX 200 AREIT Index
