The objective of the Global Listed Infrastructure Mndt No.1 managed fund is The primary objective of the Fund is to provide investors with exposure to a focussed portfolio of global listed infrastructure securities and in so doing to achieve attractive risk adjusted returns over the medium to long-term, while reducing the risk of permanent capital loss.
The strategy of the Global Listed Infrastructure Mndt No.1 managed fund is The Fund will invest in companies that generate the dominant part of their earnings from the ownership of infrastructure assets. The Investment Advisor will endeavour to acquire these companies at discounts to their assessed intrinsic value.
