Fund Objective
The fund aims to match the return (income and capital appreciation) (before fees, charges and taxes) of the S&P/ASX 300 A-REIT Index.
Fund Strategy
While maintaining the objective of closely tracking the index, the fund will hold all of the property securities in the index (at most times) allowing for individual security weightings to vary marginally from the index from time to time. The fund may invest in property securities that have been or are expected to be included in the Index. Futures may be used to gain market exposure without investing directly in securities. Importantly, derivatives are not used to leverage the fund's portfolio.
