The project has progressed significantly with several key developments. A General Meeting approved the Ore Purchase Agreement with St Ives Gold Mining Co. Pty Ltd, leaving only regulatory approvals and a final grade control model as conditions to satisfy. Hampton Mining and Civil was selected as the preferred tenderer for mining services, pending completion of contract negotiations and regulatory approvals. The geological model is being updated following recent drilling campaigns, which will inform the final mine design and schedule. Regulatory approvals for the Mining Proposal/Mine Closure Plan and Native Vegetation Clearing Permit are pending from the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration. These steps are part of the strategic efforts to prepare for the commencement of operations at Lady Herial, aligning with the company's goal to unlock the deposit's potential.
